2. Eligibility
This offer is available to new and existing advertisers who meet the TV station’s advertising guidelines and fulfill the requirements set by Ethiopian Advertisment proclamation and commercial directives set by Ethiopian Media Authority.
The TV station reserves the right to verify advertiser eligibility.
3. Discount Structure
The discount will be applied to the packages shown on this website.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
4. Ad Specifications
All advertisements must comply with the TV station’s advertising standards and guidelines.
The Advertiser shall Provide in well produced commercial as well as necessary graphics of its brand. The packages do not include production price for the commercials.
Advertisers are responsible for providing all ad materials in the required format and by the specified deadline.
The TV station reserves the right to reject any ad that does not meet the laws, directives and guidelines set by EMA and by itself.
The term “Spot” mentioned on this site refers to a commercial that does not exceed 60 seconds. Any thing above that is subjected to price adjustment accordingly.
The term “Prime Time” refers to the station’s flagship programs assigned on the night time and weekends. This term does not include holiday special programs and all packaged Ads will not be considered on them.
The quantity of the ads from the days of holiday will be compensasted.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for discounted ads for Annual packages are 50% upon signing an agreement and the remaining will be paid on halfway of the contract period.
Payment terms for discounted ads for 6 months packages are 50% upon signing an agreement and the remaining will be paid on halfway of the contract period.
Payment terms for discounted ads for 3 months Essential package is 100% upon signing an agreement.
Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of the ad.
The prices shown on here does not include VAT and are subjected to additional 15%of the price due to the government.
